Fine, green and unpretending
CANTONA is a green varietie with fine leave texture, it looks like fine red fescues.
Hard fescue is, as red fescue, good for shady areas. CANTONA is a variety with good characteristics especially for landscape turf which is verified by the RSM. Due to breeding enhancements CANTONA is very much usable in normal turf mixtures which shows the good figures from STRI Trails in UK and RSM figures from Germany.
All the good characters in which sheep’s fescue is known for, like drought tolerance, also apply for CANTONA.
